Today we’re checking out Littleton, CO! One of the best suburbs in all of Denver, you will certainly want to see it’s adorable downtown, great schools, and a diverse housing stock.

Littleton Vibes
Feels a little bit like a small town, a little bit like a suburb, all while being conveniently located. Only about 25 minutes to downtown Denver, about 40 minutes to the airport, and only about 5-10 minutes to Denver Tech Center.
Where there are good schools, population tends to follow. In the past 10 years, Littleton has grown about 15%. Despite the great schools and growing population, it’s not too budgetarily discriminatory.
Home Price Statistics
There is a broad range of homes in Littleton to choose from. There are suburban neighborhoods with well manicured lawns and wide streets, while also having areas with equestrian ranches where they have acreage and beautiful vistas. Then there’s the smaller, more affordable homes closer to the historic downtown. The median list price comes in around $535k. The range for single family homes currently on the market start as low as $375k and go all the way up to $8 million. If a condo or townhome is what you’re looking for, the range of what’s currently available is from $200k and up to about $950k.

Pros:
Great schools - one of the main reasons people move here
Awesome historic downtown area
Some of the best outdoor spaces in the Denver metro - lakes, reservoirs, walking, biking and hiking trails
Conveniently located to downtown Denver, the airport, and DTC (Denver Tech Center)
Quiet neighborhoods with a pretty wide variety of home styles
Cons:
Some neighborhoods may have homes with a little less ‘pride of ownership’
Same could be said about its commercial areas - maybe a bit ugly or dated
Access west to say Columbine, is somewhat limited because there are only two bridges that cross the South Platte River
