Centennial Vibes


Centennial is large! A very wide east to west city, it’s about 20-30 minutes from downtown Denver depending on where you’re located in Centennial. It is the 10th largest city in Colorado with about 111k residents but not densely populated.


Along with some high end shops, Centennial is also home to all your suburban conveniences. Overall, Centennial is rated an A+ on niche.com. Trick-or-Treatable neighborhoods, very well rated schools, and beautiful outdoor spaces, all add up to that A+ rating.


Home Price Statistics

With a median list price of $565k and a median sale price of $550k, Centennial prices are surprisingly not that bad when compared to the Denver metro median of $650k. Single family home prices range from about $430k and all the way up to $2m plus.





Pros + Cons

Pros:

  • It’s got everything

  • Very, very good schools and tons to choose from

  • Beautiful outdoor spaces and great views

  • Very diverse housing stock

  • Relatively affordable

  • Low taxes


Cons:

  • Ton of commercial stuff - almost overwhelming how many commercial zones there are

  • It can be a little bit cookie cutter

  • Boundaries are bonkers - some areas you can’t even tell where Centennial begins and ends
