Tour of Cherry Creek in Denver, Colorado

Introducing Cherry Creek in Denver, CO

One of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Denver, today we’re checking out Cherry Creek. About 15 minutes southwest from the center of downtown Denver, Cherry Creek is a good mixture of dense urban development and tree lined residential streets with high-end luxury homes and some of the best shopping in all of Denver.

Very excited to show you around!

Cherry Creek Vibes

Definitely known for its upscale shopping and dining, Cherry Creek is also known for its expensive high-end homes and some of Denver’s best schools. While it is walkable and has some nice bike paths, the roads are congested and parking can be challenging.

Whether you’re going for the traditional indoor-style mall experience of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, or the outdoor-style of Cherry Creek North, this city has your shopping and dining needs met. Cherry Creek North for example spans 16 blocks with over 600 businesses ranging from boutiques, to restaurants, to art galleries, and a host to a number of outdoor events.

Home Price Statistics

With some of Denver’s best, high end luxury neighborhoods, Cherry Creek is considered expensive compared to other Denver listings with the median sale price of $850k. If you’re looking to get into a Single Family Home, current listings range from $850k, all the way to $15 million (sometimes even more!). Condos/Townhomes currently range from as low as $350k, but go all the way up to $13 million. With that said, the schools are fantastic and the city is very well maintained.
