For Fans Of
Basically, if you like this neighborhood, you might want to check out these other neighborhoods 👇
Lone Tree
Similar geographically and slightly in vibe, Lone Tree is a complete suburb located a little closer to Denver and is more expensive with slightly higher rated schools,
Evergreen
Maybe a bit of a stretch but it has the views, cute downtown, and good schools. But it is a proper mountain town and less of a sprawling suburb
Longmont
The north Denver metro equivalent to Castle Rock. Longmont is to Fort Collins what Castle Rock is to Colorado Springs.
Castle Pines
Some of the best schools, more expensive, and “boujee”. Tons of great outdoor spaces but maybe a bit more homogenous.
To Sum Up Castle Rock in Three Points
Fantastic Value - affordable homes
Great outdoor spaces and beautiful views
Cute downtown and conveniently located between Denver and Colorado Springs
