If you’re looking for a slice of paradise, look no further than Cherry Hills Village. This very affluent community is almost entirely residentials. However, what it lacks in conveniences, it makes up for in beautiful homes and neighborhoods. If this neighborhood fits your budget, it could be a great choice!

Cherry Hills Village Vibes
One of the most affluent cities in the US, the affordable neighborhoods are typically going to run $1 million plus for single family homes. With a feeling of quality everywhere - the parks are beautiful, the homes are incredible, the acreage is beautiful, the schools even have good views - an obviously very nice spot.
Located about 20 minutes or less south of downtown Denver, Cherry Hills Village is home to around 6,500 residents and has grown about 11% since 2010. According to niche.com, Cherry Hills Village is rated the 3rd best place for public schools and the 8th best place to raise a family in Colorado*.
Speaking of schools, the city is primarily served by the Cherry Creek School District, rated an A overall and ranked #1 the school district for athletes in Colorado and is home to the #1 ranked public High School in Colorado*. All of the schools here are some of the best schools in Colorado overall.
Home Price Statistics Hold on to your hat, these prices are not for the faint of heart. This is for folks who are living comfortably, and kudos to those of you who are living comfortably. The median list price is $3 million.
Currently on the market, the lowest priced single-family home starts at $2.19 million and the highest comes in just under $10 million. There are no listings for condos or townhomes as around 95% of residents own single family homes here.
