Today we’re checking out Longmont, Colorado!

Per special request for some wonderful folks, we’re helping relocate to Colorado, Longmont is a cute, modest city with tons of suburban amenities and a wide variety of homes from historic to epic new-builds with glorious views.

Let’s get into it!

Longmont Vibes

With a lot to offer and home to about 95,000 residents, there are tons of great outdoor spaces, suburban amenities, and diverse housing. Located about 45 minutes to either downtown Denver or the airport and about 25 minutes to downtown Denver. A nice “city-vibe”, but without being in a busy city. There is a great downtown area with tons of bars, restaurants, and shops.

Schools in Longmont rate around a B*. Some schools are better, some are just okay. But there are several high schools rated in the A’s. So, there’s plenty of options!

Home Price Statistics Longmont has a great mix of historic homes that have been renovated, small homes, big homes, and not a ton of cookie cutter homes. The median home price in Longmont is around $530k. However, you can find townhomes as low as the $300k’s. It also has crazy homes like the highest on the market right now for $25 million with 12,000 sq ft and 118 acres of land. They have a lot of great options for all types of buyers.
